Shipping
Shipping Rates For The USA
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $75 (not including promotions). Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $75.
Shipping Times
Orders ship within 1-5 business days. During sales and the holiday season, orders may take longer to process.
Standard shipping can take from 1 to 6 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you're located.
Shipping Carriers
Most packages ship via UPS Ground. We may also sometimes ship via USPS. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, armed forces addresses, the Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico due to hazardous materials restrictions.
Shipping Internationally
We currently do not ship internationally.
Notice
- Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
- Packages lost during transit will be reshipped. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
- Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Purtique assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
- We are not responsible for orders marked delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier in the case that your order is missing. They may be able to assist you with tracking it down.
- Please deliver your package to a secure address. Perhaps a neighbor or friend who is at home.
